Booking & Payment

A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking.
Final payment must be made at least 1 day before your shoot.
Invoices with payment details will be sent after confirming your session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Shoots may be rescheduled due to poor weather or unexpected circumstances. You’ll be contacted if this happens.

Travel Fees

Travel fees may apply for locations outside my standard service area.
These fees help cover time away from home, fuel, and transport costs, as I balance my photography work with family and other work commitments.
This ensures I can continue to offer affordable sessions while maintaining a sustainable schedule.

Delivery

Edited photos will be delivered via a private online gallery link within the agreed timeframe.
Standard editing turnaround is 1–2 weeks from the date of your shoot, unless otherwise discussed.
The number of final edited images will depend on your selected package.

Copyright & Use

All images remain the property of the photographer.
You will receive personal usage rights to share, print, and enjoy your images.
Please credit @lmrlovemedia when sharing on social media.

Client Conduct

Please arrive on time and ready for your shoot.
If you are running late, your session time will be shortened.

Feedback & Satisfaction

If you’re unhappy with the final photos, please reach out within 3 days of receiving your gallery so we can discuss your concerns.
While refunds are not guaranteed, I’m happy to offer reasonable edits or a reshoot, depending on the situation.
